About PoolsAgents
We price the coupon. Every week, all 49 matches, using what the betting market says rather than what we think.
What this site is
PoolsAgents is not a tipster service. We do not publish predictions of our own, and there are no "banker" selections here. What we publish is a reading of the betting market: the probability of a draw on each coupon number, taken from the prices several bookmakers are quoting, with their margin stripped out.
The part we think matters most is the split between score draws and no-score draws. Traditional pools scoring pays far more for a score draw, and almost nobody separates the two. We take that split from the correct-score market where it exists, and say plainly when we have had to estimate it instead. The method is set out in full in the guide.
What we publish about ourselves
Every week we cover stays online permanently in the archive, with the prices that were quoted before kick-off kept alongside the result. Nothing is edited afterwards.
The record page scores those numbers against what actually happened, including the weeks the market read it badly. We think a site that only shows you its good weeks is not showing you anything.
Where the data comes from
Odds are collected from participating bookmakers throughout the week. Fixtures, results and the coupon itself come from the published pools coupon. Results are classified as home, away, score draw or no-score draw, with void and panel decisions marked separately rather than silently counted as draws.
Who runs it
PoolsAgents is built and operated by the team behind SingleBet, which covers odds, predictions and live scores across a much wider range of competitions than the coupon alone.
